Here at Leandri Lambert Legal Practitioners, we have grown organically, resulting in a highly cohesive firm sharing a strong work and client service ethic, as well as a high staff and partner retention rates. We believe that legal services involve more than just the law- practical, commercial advice and exceptional client experience are equally important to our clients and us.
Our firm is global in approach, but we remain fiercely independent and truly Namibian. Our key sectors are Conveyancing, Debt Collection, Estates and Commercial Litigation. Commercial litigation is a specialist area of law because disputes are never “just” about the law. They’re never only about who’s right and who’s wrong. There’s strategy; there are moves to select and counter moves to anticipate. Our experienced litigators see the whole board.

She started her legal career in South Africa at a renowned international law firm. She was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2004 and as a Conveyancer in 2006. At the time of her admission until 2012, she primarily worked as a conveyancer in South Africa before moving to Dubai where was ranked among the top 5 legal counsel in the Middle East.

Meet the team
The face of LLLP -- we like to call her the boss. She possesses excellent organizational and administrative skills. She is proficient in drafting legal documents and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice from NUST and is currently pursuing her LLB at UNAM.
Has a strong foundation in legal principles and procedures with experience in legal research. With exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, she is able to provide sound legal advice to clients in various areas of law, including commercial, contract, and conveyancing law. She is a principal agent at an estate agency of her own, holds a B.Juris from UNAM and LLB from UNAM as well.
A highly skilled candidate legal practitioner with exceptional drafting abilities, able to craft precise and effective legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
She is an experienced and detail-oriented legal professional with a proven track record of producing well-written and compelling legal arguments and briefs, demonstrating excellent drafting skills. She holds an LLB from UNAM.
